1.5kg chicken mince
2 1/2 cups frozen vegetables (no onions or garlic)
4 cups rice
6.5 cups water
Place the chicken, frozen veges and rice into a large saucepan. Add the water and mix until the mixture is well combined. Cook over high heat, bring to the boil, stirring constantly.
Now turn the heat down to medium-low, cover and simmer for about 20 minutes or until the rice is tender and all of the liquid has been absorbed. Cool completely and store in the refrigerator covered or freeze into individual serves.
Makes about 12 serves for an average size dog.
