This homemade bubble bath is the best recipe I’ve developed with castile liquid soap. It’s very gentle on the skin and the glycerine helps the bubbles form, stay and moisturise the skin too. Sometimes the mixture can separate, the glycerine can settle on the bottom but all you need to do is gently shake to combine before using. If you find that you want more bubbles, then simply keep adding in small amounts until you’ve reached your desired bubble level.
1 cup liquid Castile soap (You can find it here)
3/4 cup water
1 Tbsp vegetable glycerine (Find it here)
Add all of the ingredients into a refillable bottle and gently shake to mix the bubble bath.
Gently shake before each use, be careful not to shake too much or you’ll end up with a bubbly mess.
Use 1-2 tablespoons per bath by adding under running water.
* You could also add a few drops of lavender essential oil to this mix to help soothe and settle baby.
